These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EVIDENCE tracker at tracker.ditchthedogma.com (the "Service"), operated by Beauty Detangled, LLC (d/b/a "Ditch the Dogma," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

EVIDENCE is a personal self-tracking tool that lets you log daily wellness information — including sleep, workouts, food, breathing practices, mindfulness, and reflection — and review it over time, including through a 90-day exportable report.

Not Medical Advice — Use at Your Own Discretion

The Service is intended for personal, informational, and educational tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The reference information provided within the Service (including anything related to metabolic tracking, HRV, resonance breathing, or circadian rhythm) is general educational content, not personalized medical guidance.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any decisions you make based on information you track or read here. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, or health routines, and before relying on any data or insight generated by this Service. Use of the Service is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Your Data

You own the information you enter into the tracker. We store it so it can sync across your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another user's data, disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculations or insights generated within it are accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Detangled, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any decisions made based on information tracked within it.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Beauty Detangled, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
